Our unit, #217 located in Building A, is handicap assessable with two ramps for ease of entry.

This second floor, ocean-view condo, is furnished and equipped to offer you much more than any hotel or motel room ever could. This two bedroom unit offers central heat off season and air- conditioning during the warm season and accommodates six guests.
The comfortable living room provides a queen size sleeper sofa, TV with VCR/DVD. Several movies (VHS/DVD) are waiting for you to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, cooking utensils etc. Also included are two wall mounted hair dryers, an answering machine, cordless phone, iron and ironing board and so much more.

Living room and dining rooms have sliding glass doors for a great view and access to the convenient balcony.
Master bedroom provides a queen size bed and private bath, dresser and ample closet space.
Second bedroom provides two twin beds, dresser and closet space. There is a second full bath off the hallway.

Our new Lazy River play area includes a long 375ft. lazy river, snack bar, whirlpool, rainmaker umbrellas, plunge pool, a kiddie pool along with other fun to do water things. Families can now enjoy all these wonderful water activities only minutes from our unit.

CHECKING in is simple! Just arrive at our security gate with your pre-issued car pass and drive in; no hotel check in or out time consuming procedures. At check out time, you just sadly (as in, I hate to leave this wonderful place) pack your car and leave through the gate. No desk to visit or paperwork to turn in. Just mail your keys back to me after you arrive home.

Deposit of $200.00 is required to hold your reservation; this will be applied to your rental rate.

A security deposit of $200.00 is required and is refundable after an inspection is completed and keys are returned. All rates are in US dollars and subject to change.

Our housekeeping service is completed before your stay and after you leave, no daily maid service.

Resort regulations require that at least one person occupying the rental unit must be 23 years of age and this is STRICTLY ENFORCED!

Due to parking limitations, RV's or trailers longer than 18ft will no longer be admitted between May 1 and July 30th.
